Why Should I Join?

Members are the key to any community.  Successful communities are generally those with lively, active memberships and Board of Directors.  Residents should be motivated to join and participate in their community association which exists for their benefit.  Each community association is as unique as the residents who reside within it and the particular needs of those residents.  As a result the programs and services provided by the association are a direct reflection of the residents’ wants and needs.

Did You Know?

Your membership fees go towards maintaining our skating rink and oval, all programs and activities put on by the association, and administrative costs for the association.  Your community association is a group of volunteers that represent the interests and needs of the residents within your community. Your community association needs your support even if you do not make use of all the programs they offer because you benefit directly from the work of your community association.  Your support helps to keep your community healthy and attractive to old and new residents alike.  Children can learn social and leadership skills through community programs, which help them to become responsible, productive adults.  If your neighborhood is faced with a planning or zoning issue, your community association can help to protect the interests of the community.  You will enjoy a healthier community through the efforts of a well supported community association.  You will have a say in your community association priorities with programs, spending and development.

New Members and Former Members To Renew Their Memberships.  We will be contacting all our past members, reminding them to renew their memberships. Plus we will be doing a membership drive in April/May time frame. Please support Millrise by purchasing your community membership either online above or by filling out the membership form provided in our Newsletter delivered to each house hold and mailing it in, or by downloading forms from website.Thank you to all Millrise members for your continued support.

We are also looking for volunteers to join our Board of Directors in various positions.  The time investment is minimal, and the outcome is tremendous.
